NANO CONFINED CATALYTIC OXIDATION
The NCCO reactor combined with active oxygen generator to trap and expedite the decomposition of
formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other harmful gaseous pollutants and release harmless water vapour and carbon dioxide. What is uniqueness of the NCCO air purifier?

What is active oxygen? Is it harmful to the body?
Active oxygen is only a general term and it has many chemical substances, such as oxygen ions, peroxides…etc. In the Nature like thunder and lightning also produce active oxygen. High concentration of active oxygen can affect
the health of human body, but NCCO air purifier puts the fan behind the active oxygen generator and NCCO reactor, therefore the active oxygen is sucked into the NCCO reactor to accelerate the decomposition of harmful pollutants into harmless water vapour and carbon oxide. It can kill bacteria and viruses without releasing harmful substances.
Can NCCO air purifier kill the mold on the wall?
The air purifier cannot remove the mold adhered to the wall. It can only be wiped off. NCCO reactor can be effectively remove the mold in the air.
How long can the NCCO reactor be used?
The NCCO reactor can be used continuously in the laboratory environment. If it is used improperly and the NCCO reactor has been covered by dust and oily substances, it should be replaced immediately.
What is the difference between hydrophilic HEPA and medical grade HEPA?
Hydrophilic HEPA has strong adsorption capability for volatile organic compounds such as formaldehyde and it can filter fine dust particles as small as 0.3 microns (PM0.3) up to 99.95%. Medical grade HEPA is suitable for the treatment of airborne particles and allergens such as PM2.5 and PM0.3 up to 99.9%. Effectively improve nasal allergies, allergic rhinitis, asthma and can filter the airborne particles.
Will active oxygen being used during the process of purification be harmful to human health?
During the purification process, active oxygen will only decompose pollutants
inside the air purifier and it will not harm human health.
Why is the rate of sterilization not 100%?

Can we wash the filter?
The electrostatic filter, HEPA filter, NCCO reactor made of composite materials. After washing them, it will seriously affect the purification effect. The primary filter can be washed regularly.
Why is the air purifier release hot air/smell when I first used it?
When turn on the air purifier first time, the transition metal reacts with pollutants causing the temperature to rise and blow out hot air. The NCCO reactor has zeolite and will release some odour.
